This healthy and delicious recipe is great when you are needing something sweet to satisfy you. It's quick and easy and is full of healthy fat.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Ripe Avocados

  • 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder

  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • Pinch on Pink Himalayan Salt

  • Coconut flakes and Raspberries for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • STEP 1 - Place all ingredients except the coconut and raspberries into a food processor. Blend for one minute. Place into individual serving dishes and garnish with coconut flakes and raspberries. Enjoy!

I simply love this recipe. When I am craving something sweet and need a good fat bomb, this is my go to. It’s quick and so easy to make. Chocolate lovers rejoice!
